3. Proposal: Based on the Vision and site assessment, we prepare a proposal of services that captures the needs of the client that acts as an agreement and a guide to the scope of works intended.

4. Design Considerations: We prioritize holistic sustainable design methods, considering factors such as materials selection, passive design strategies, and biophilic principles to create buildings that promote environmental harmony and human well-being.

5. Healthy Indoor Environment: We design indoor spaces that prioritize occupant health and comfort, incorporating features such as natural ventilation, daylighting, and non-toxic materials.

• Construction Drawings: Master Plan, interior floor plans, sections, and elevations.

• 3D Visualizations: Thanks to our partners @Zdepthltd, we provide high-resolution interior and exterior renders, reflecting finishes, textures, and landscaping. Existing trees and site features will be considered in the design to minimize vegetation displacement. These renders streamline decision-making on finishes and suppliers, ensuring your contractor builds exactly what you envision.

• Detailed Joinery & Fixed Elements: Drawings and schematics of built-in features for clarity during construction.

• Window & Door Schedules: Elevations and sections for all openings.

• Electrical Layouts: Plans showing sockets, switches, and light points (to guide the Electrical Engineer’s technical documentation).

• Approval Packages: Five blueprint sets of plans with the Architect’s title block, including facilitation and processing of construction approvals.

• Consultant Coordination: Liaison with Engineers and other consultants (MEP, Structural, Civil, etc.) to finalize technical drawings.

• Costing Support: Collaboration with a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), enabling you to tender to contractors with a clear, itemized cost baseline.

We also maintain a network of trusted contractors and engineers whom we can recommend once your project moves to construction.
